Josh Weiner

Josh Weiner is Principal of The Longboat Group, the developer, owner, and manager of CitySide Apartments, a luxury apartment community in Sarasota’s Rosemary District. Josh’s diverse professional experience runs the gamut from real estate development to lawyering to founding the first company to import American craft beer to China. Josh enjoys spending time with his family, running, and dreaming up new ways to elevate the residence experience at CitySide. Josh holds a J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and completed his international law coursework at the Temple University Law Center in Tokyo, Japan. Josh earned his undergraduate degree in English from Vanderbilt University.
